Brand studio + strategy consultant to Under Armour for over ten years contracted to lead, collaborate, and consult on numerous consumer-facing & strategic brand development projects across multiple sport categories, focusing on domestic and international business expansion.

Commissioned by Sport Business Institute Barcelona to create and present “Sustainability in Global Football” sessions for their masters students. Work considered the relationship between environmental + social challenges and the development + sustainability of international football clubs, leagues, & orgs.

Built the identity, strategic plan, and operational model for the Sustainable Sport Foundation, a non-profit youth sport organization with a think-global act-local sustainability mission devoted to empowering youth athletes with skills for life + play + the future.

Brand studio + strategy consultant to Sperry for five years engaged to build strategic marketing campaigns and consumer journeys. Work increased brand awareness, leveraged brand positioning, increased consumer loyalty, and evolved the identity of their by-the-sea lifestyle brand in global markets.

Commissioned as a brand consultant by the Chief Commercial Officer of US Soccer on multiple brand projects for digital, e-commerce, licensees, and brand identity as the federation looked to increase domestic merchandise sales and grow its global awareness and positioning.

Brand strategy consultant to Bonobos senior leadership contracted to evolve brand direction, build + direct campaigns, and develop an efficient internal workflow that aligned brand marketing with the brand mission to be a pioneering apparel brand, online & in store.

Strategic advisor to SandSi tasked with creating the brand ethos and identity for the Sustainable Sport Lab. Launched an international digital platform focused on incubating, activating, and accelerating sustainable initiatives in the global sport sector.

After working full time for Ralph Lauren in the NYC headquarters on brand design for the Double RL re-launch and the Rugby launch, brand development work continued as a consultant focused on building consumer experience & brand identity through in-store brand activations.

Brand studio to Reyn Spooner focused on re-branding the identities of two veteran apparel labels into a modern lifestyle brand that connected with a younger audiences and remained true to the company’s aloha spirit. Contracted for nine consecutive seasons to concept and lead all marketing & brand.

We work locally & internationally with non-profit organizatins to help solve the pressing sustainability challenges that exist in our community + abroad.

We believe the United Nation’s Global Goals must be achieved by 2030, so to maximize our impact we contribute a portion of revenue from MAWKO to specific environmental & social initiatives that align with our purpose.

Ocean Plastic Series and the Sustainable Sport Foundation were launched by MAWKO and operate with a business plan that contributes to making a positive impact on their organizational missions.
